Premier Weight Loss ( previously PHCS LLC) is a weight loss clinic that offers all forms of medication assisted weight loss. We started in 2020 building up ways to help people just like you (and us) start a weight loss journey that was manageable and affordable. We struggle with the same issues we treat, and we share our journeys with you for any advice that may help you on your way. You aren't alone it this. This is an epedemic that most of our country struggles with. Get the freedom back in your life with having control over food. Cancellation Policy
We totally understand things happen! We do require a deposit of $25 prior to scheduling your appointment. That will be applied to your total after the visit. If you do have to cancel and it is less than 8 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you if you can reschedule within the week to still apply your deposit to your total. Thank you!
